It’s been quite some time since we’ve updated our blog, and much has happened in the past few months!

We released the album (finally!) back in May and had our CD release show at the Living Room in our old stomping grounds of NYC. When you purchase our album, there is a coupon included inside that can be used toward any Seventh Generation product. We are huge fans of Seventh Generation and its eco-friendly, non-toxic household and personal care products. We are especially proud to support Seventh Generation because it believes in taking care of us, the earth and future generations. Our album was manufactured with the highest green standards: all vegetable inks; 100% post-consumer plastic bottle caps for the plastic tray; and certified 100% green forestry practices board, minimum 10% post-consumer recycled content.

Since the album’s release we’ve been putting together an extensive acoustic tour to support “Leading the Horse,” and we just kicked things off last weekend with performances at the East End GreenFest in the Hamptons, thanks to Seventh Generation, on whose behalf we attended. (http://www2.timesreview.com/ST/stories/T073009_greenfest_bd) We have shows lined up in Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Kansas and Colorado thus far, and we plan to add many, many more dates–hopefully in more places, too! Our new website has just launched, and you’ll be able to order physical copies of the album as well as our lovely new T-shirts (which are organic cotton). Remember the album is available for digital download, too, on iTunes and Amazon. Stay tuned for more news, coming soon!
